Welcome to DriveConfident. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our driving instruction services, website, and any related interactions. By booking lessons or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Bookings and Payments: All lessons must be paid in advance or as per the agreed package terms. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cash. Payment plans are available for packages over 15 hours with a 50% deposit. Cancellations require at least 4 hours' notice to avoid charges; otherwise, the full lesson fee may apply. In cases of weather-related issues, rescheduling is allowed at no penalty for safety reasons. Refunds are processed within 14 days for unused lessons, minus any administrative fees.

Liability and Insurance: DriveConfident maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and instructors during lessons. However, students are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or violation of traffic laws. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage outside of instructed driving activities. All students must possess a valid learner's permit or license as required by state law. Instructors reserve the right to terminate lessons if safety is compromised, such as due to intoxication or reckless behavior.

Service Specifics: Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and may be subject to change. We provide vehicles for training, but students can use their own if approved by the instructor and insured adequately. Progress tracking is shared with students to ensure transparency, and we aim to meet individual learning goals within the purchased package hours. Additional hours may be recommended if needed for skill mastery.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided during lessons, including handouts and digital content, are the property of DriveConfident and may not be reproduced without permission. The website content, logos, and designs are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where services are provided. We strive to address concerns amicably through our customer service team first.

For driving school-specific clauses, we note that video recordings in vehicles may be used for training and quality assurance, with consent. Students must adhere to all traffic laws during lessons, and failure to do so may result in lesson termination without refund.
